Assam CEE Exam Notification

The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) is going to conduct a Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) exam in 2022 for admission to the B.Tech. program in the engineering colleges of Assam. The Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) examination will be organized by the Govt. of Assam. The Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) has published the CEE exam 2022 notification for admission to various B.Tech. program For the Academic Session 2022-2023. The student who wants to submit an online admission application form may submit it from 10th May 2022 through the ASTU website.

Eligibility Criteria of Assam CEE Exam

To be eligible for admission to any of the colleges a candidate must fulfill the following criteria :

Resident-ship: The Candidate must be an Indian Citizen and a Permanent resident of Assam.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must pass the Qualifying Examination individually in the same sitting without any grace marks in the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with a minimum of 50 % (45 % in case of SC and 40 % in case of ST) marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The same sitting means a candidate must appear all the four subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English together.

Age Limit: The Candidate should not be less than 17 years and not more than 21 years as of 1st August 2022.

Age Relaxation: Upper age limit mentioned above is relaxation as per category

Character: The Candidate must possess a good moral character.

Fitness: The Candidate must be physically and mentally fit. 

Application Fee of Assam CEE

Candidates have to pay an Application Fee in of the amount of Rs. 850/- (Eight hundred and fifty only) 

Payment Mode: This application fee can de made through online mode by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. Fee once paid, is not refundable. 

Payment status will be successful after 1 or 2 days. If payment status still persists pending after 2 days please contact Helpline No. available on the website, immediately.

How to apply for Assam CEE Exam? 

Interested candidates according to the Assam CEE Exam notification 2022 who have full filled eligibility criteria may submit online admission application through Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU)‘s provided application link from 10th May 2022 to 31st May 2022.

• Enter all your personal and educational details as required.
• Upload your passport-sized photograph and signature and other required documents.
• Pay the application fee as per your category and at the end click on submit button.

Assam CEE 2022 Admit Card 

The ASTU authority will release the Assam CEE admit card 2022 on the official website.  

The Candidate will be able to download his/her admit card from the University website www.astu.ac.in from 15 days before the exam and up to the date of examination by entering his/her application form number/User name and Password generated during submission of online application.

Assam CEE 2022 Syllabus 

The CEE 2022 will be conducted as per the latest syllabus of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council.

The examination will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Type and comprise of a Single Paper of 3 (three) hours duration with the following distribution:
