DHS Assam Result Date

On May 9th, 2023, the Health Department of Assam released an official notification regarding the final result of Grade-III posts. The Skill Test and Documents Verification for various Grade-III posts of the department were held between April 24th to May 4th, 2023, and candidates who appeared for the same have been able to check their results on May 10th, 2023.

To check their results, candidates will need their roll number. Shortlisted candidates will be appointed for the respective Grade-III posts. We congratulate all the successful candidates and wish them the best in their future endeavors.

Appointment Letter Distribution

On 8th May 2023, the chief minister of Assam confirmed that the distribution of appointment letters for the total 51,397 posts including the 2720 posts of DHS will be done on 26th May 2023 at Guwahati. The exact venue and date will be notified along with the result declaration notice to be issued in May 2023. We will update those details in this section after the release of the official notification.

Skill Test and Documents Verification

Schedule of Skill Test and DV

The Directorate of Health Services, Assam has published the merit list for 1528 posts of Grade-III on 18th April 2023 and 21st April 2023. The merit list has been prepared for this post on the basis of the written examination held on 29th May 2022 and 12th February 2023. The applicants whose roll number will be on that merit list will have to participate in the Skill Test and Documents Verification. The skill test and document verification will be done on 24, 25 and 26 April 2023 for Grade-III (Technical) and 26 and 27 April 2023 for Grade-III (Non-Technical). The venue of the Skill Test and Documents Verification is Gauhati Medical College Auditorium Complex, Guwahati.

The time and venue for appearing in the Skill Test and Document Verification along with other instructions, including the list of documents to be submitted shall also be notified in the notice. Candidates are directed to bring all relevant documents (in original) and a set of Photocopies to be submitted at the time of appearing in the Skill Test and Document Verification process.
