Name of Organization: Directorate of Forensic Science, Assam

Pay Scale: Pay Band-2 (Rs.14,000-60,500/-) with Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/-.

Educational Qualification: Candidates will be required to possess any one of the following educational qualifications to be eligible for recruitment.

➡️ B.Sc in Chemistry/ Forensic Science with specialization in concerned subject.

➡️ B.Sc in Botany/ Zoology/ Anthropology (Physical)/ Biotechnology/ Forensic Science with specialization in concerned subject.

➡️ B.Sc in Physics/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Forensic Science with specialization in concerned subject.

Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be a Permanent Resident of Assam.

Employment Exchange Registration: The candidate must have registered their names in any employment exchange of Assam.

Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be between 21 years to 40 years as of 1st January 2023.

Age Relaxation: The category-wise upper age will be as follows.
