Eligibility Criteria of GU B.Ed Admission

Candidate has completed a BA, BSc, BCom, MA, MSc, MCom, or equivalent degree programme from a recognised Board or University with at least 50% marks (or 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD), he or she may be eligible to apply for the GUBEDCET-2023.

Application Fee of GUBEDCET

For the Gauhati University B.Ed Common Entrance Test, 2023, applicants must submit an application fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only).

Mode of Payment: Students must use an online payment channel to pay the application cost by using their ATM card, Internet Banking, or UPI. The use of any other payment method is not permitted.

Note: If there is any bank transaction fee then students have to pay it while paying the application fee.

Gauhati University B.Ed Entrance Test 2023

A common entrance test will be conducted to select meritorious candidates for admission into the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course at Gauhati University. Below we provided some important information regarding this entrance examination.

Total Marks: 400 Marks

Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with 4 Options.

Duration of Test: 2 Hours (120 Minutes)

Medium of Test: The test Booklet and OMR will be in English. The test will be OMR based.

Negative Marking: There will be 4 marks for the correct answer and (-1) for the wrong answer. No negative marks for unanswered questions.
