The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Assam has issued an Admit card for the Pre-Entry Test for Admission to Two Years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) for Upper Primary and Lower Primary. The PET exam will be held on 10th September 2023. Candidates who have submitted their applications for SCERT Assam D.El.Ed Admission for PET 2023 between 25th July to 22nd August 2023 can download their entrance exam admit card from the official web portal with the help of this article. As per the official notification, the admit cards were issued on 1st September 2023 at 4 PM.

Syllabus of D.El.Ed Pre-Entry Test

The State Educational Research and Training Council will administer an examination to identify qualified students for admission to the two-year elementary education diploma programme. We have published the PET exam curriculum in this area for the convenience of our website users and applicants for this exam.

The test will have two sections, Section I and Section II. The question pattern and marking according to these sections will be as follows.

Total Marks: 100 Marks

Total Time: 2 Hours

Type of Question: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

Number of Questions: 100 Questions

Negative Marking: For every incorrect answer, a 0.25 mark shall be deducted from the total marks secured by the candidate. More than one answer given to a question will be treated as an incorrect answer.
